Job Details

3–5+ years of experience working at the State level with regulatory boards, healthcare regulatory environments, or a related field.
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships within state agencies or licensing boards.
Strong rapport-building skills at both operational and leadership levels.
Project management mindset capable of nurturing complex deals and coordinating RFPs.
Ability to manage complex, non-linear government procurement decision cycles with patience and persistence.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical solutions.
Self-motivated and disciplined in managing a territory independently.
Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline coordination.
Experience in relationship-based sales is a plus.
Account management experience in the public sector at the state level is preferred.

Execute a consistent communication cadence with state regulatory boards and agencies to understand local missions and operational challenges.
Translate CE Broker product capabilities into business cases that address agency efficiency and public protection needs.
Manage long-cycle opportunities by aligning product implementation timelines with agency deadlines and strategic goals.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of state licensing frameworks and Continuing Education compliance.
Proactively identify and develop new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
Collaborate with internal Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless contract-to-go-live transitions.
Maintain accurate opportunity forecasting and pipeline visibility using Salesforce.
