- Experience in or working knowledge of the construction industry.
- Demonstrated experience building training content from scratch (e-learning, facilitator guides, videos).
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone, Docebo).
- Experience creating, editing, and producing training video or multimedia content.
- Ability to analyze training data, ramp metrics, and performance analytics.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for varying experience levels.
- Proven coaching ability with focus on accountability.
- Proficiency with content creation tools like PowerPoint, Canva, and video editing software.
- Fluency with AI-assisted content tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, communications, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Owns the new hire onboarding curriculum end to end, covering product knowledge, sales methodology, systems, and construction industry fundamentals.
- Creates original course content in multiple formats, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and role-play scenarios.
- Delivers training in classroom, virtual, and on-the-floor settings for new and tenured representatives.
- Shadows live sales calls and meetings to provide individualized coaching and feedback.
- Designs and runs ongoing education programs, including product launches and skill-building workshops.
- Maintains a documented library of training materials, playbooks, and job aids.
- Owns training measurement, tracking trainee progress, ramp time, and quota attainment to adjust curriculum.
- Conducts structured interviews with new reps at 30, 60, and 90 days to validate training effectiveness.
- Partners with sales leadership, product, and management to align training with revenue and market conditions.
- Uses AI tools to accelerate content drafting and documentation, ensuring accuracy through rigorous review.
