Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience in fast-growing B2C or B2B startup environments.
- Experience in complex SaaS, FinTech, or HealthTech platforms.
- Compelling portfolio demonstrating strategic, conceptual, and high-fidelity design work.
- Mastery in conducting user research, mapping complex UX logic, and executing polished UI.
- Proven experience creating, maintaining, and scaling a design system with reusable components.
- Extensive experience using AI and data tools for prototyping and research analysis.
- Advanced mastery of Figma for UI handoff and complex prototyping.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and development constraints for engineering collaboration.
- Deep familiarity with accessibility best practices (WCAG).
- Strong communication skills to translate complex needs into product solutions.
- Startup mindset with ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX/UI for our comprehensive, all-in-one dental platform, seamlessly blending diverse workflows and data structures.
- Apply systems thinking to architect scalable design frameworks that ensure unified platform growth.
- Integrate advanced AI tools into the design process to accelerate delivery and scale output.
- Explore and champion emerging AI design technologies to optimize team workflows.
- Partner with dentists and practices to conduct user research and translate problems into design solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers from ideation through to implementation.
- Operate with high autonomy to identify product friction points and define design strategy.
