Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing B2B digital products and systems.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process, breadth of work, and impact.
- Familiarity with financial products, APIs, or transaction systems (e.g., payment gateways or B2B SaaS).
- Proficiency in Figma and experience building/maintaining design systems.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., v0, Cursor, ChatGPT, Midjourney) for design, prototyping, or research.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Ability to simplify complex technical or payment concepts into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong verbal and visual presentation skills with an articulate point of view.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences including journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products.
- Benchmark designs against competitors to identify improvement opportunities.
- Use AI tools (e.g., v0, Cursor, Figma AI) to accelerate prototyping, synthesize research, and explore design variations.
- Contribute to customer engagement materials, conference planning, and other special projects.
