Requirements
- 8+ years of product or UX design experience with a portfolio of shipped, complex applications.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end design processes from discovery through adoption.
- Demonstrated experience designing data-dense, workflow-heavy interfaces like dashboards and queues.
- Strong visual craft in layout, hierarchy, and typography at a review-ready fidelity.
- Proficiency in prototyping using Figma or equivalent tools.
- Direct experience with user research, including interviewing and observing users to inform design decisions.
- Information architecture and design-system thinking capabilities.
- Accessibility fluency including Section 508 and WCAG compliance.
- Ability to operate effectively as the most senior designer in a cross-functional team.
- Active US Top Secret clearance.
- US Citizenship.
Responsibilities
- Run structured discovery with end users including interviews and workflow observation.
- Produce current-state and future-state workflow maps for customer review.
- Deliver fully interactive clickable prototypes for prioritized queues, dashboards, and enrichment panels.
- Design accessible, data-dense interfaces compliant with Section 508 and WCAG standards.
- Create designs for AI model output that clearly present recommendations, confidence levels, and supporting evidence.
- Partner with product and engineering teams throughout the entire design-to-launch lifecycle.
- Contribute to and evolve the company design system for consistency across products.
- Define design standards, research habits, and handoff processes as part of building the design practice.
