Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in high-growth Enterprise B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Significant experience leading post-sale or customer lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Proven track record of executing lifecycle strategies that increase product adoption, usage, engagement, or consumption.
  • Experience working with API-based products, consumption-based offerings, or similar technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth principles, lifecycle marketing, and experimentation methodologies.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations teams.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to use product, behavioral, and customer data for strategy and prioritization.
  • Demonstrated experience developing measurement frameworks connecting marketing to revenue and business outcomes.
  • Executive presence and strong influencing skills to align senior cross-functional leaders.
  • Strategic thinker capable of establishing new functions, processes, and operating models from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, strategy, operating model, roadmap, and success framework for Customer Lifecycle Marketing focused on usage, engagement, and consumption-based offerings.
  • Build scalable lifecycle programs that accelerate customer time-to-value, increase feature adoption, and encourage deeper and more frequent product utilization.
  • Develop digital-first strategies for enterprise customers, particularly within API-based and consumption-oriented environments.
  • Establish repeatable experimentation processes, testing frameworks, and optimization practices to continuously improve lifecycle performance.
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to coordinate lifecycle programs and create consistent experiences throughout the post-sale customer journey.
  • Leverage product usage data, behavioral signals, customer health indicators, and customer insights to identify opportunities for engagement and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Product Marketing, Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations to align growth initiatives.
  • Establish executive-level reporting and measurement frameworks covering consumption revenue, product utilization, and engagement.
  • Build the foundations for a high-performing lifecycle marketing organization, including processes and team structure.
