Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, network development, or recruitment.
- Strong organization and follow-through to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills for provider outreach.
- Demonstrated ability to influence prospective providers and build professional relationships.
- Experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM, workflow platform, or operational tracker.
- Ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and keep status and next steps visible.
- Strong judgment and attention to detail regarding operational risk and data accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive healthcare and business information in compliance with privacy requirements.
- Experience with PACE, Medicare, Medi-Cal/Denti-Cal, or dental services is preferred.
- Experience supporting provider contracting, credentialing, or onboarding is preferred.
- Experience tracking KPIs such as network coverage or referral performance is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Track specialist coverage needs by market and specialty to prioritize recruitment efforts.
- Perform outbound outreach to prospective providers via calls and emails.
- Maintain accurate provider records and outreach history in the system of record.
- Coordinate contracting and credentialing steps while maintaining process visibility.
- Monitor referral volume, aging, and completion across all programs and markets.
- Manage provider onboarding, including training and workflow setup.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for ongoing specialist relationships.
- Identify network gaps, resolve workflow barriers, and report on network health KPIs.
