Clinical Coordination Manager

Lead, mentor, and develop the Clinical Coordination team through clear priorities and accountability.
Monitor schedule health and identify scheduling risks to ensure provider days are fully filled.
Ensure the team actively works accepted treatment and unscheduled new-patient backlogs.
Analyze scheduling barriers and operational gaps to develop and implement process improvements.
Partner cross-functionally to resolve scheduling barriers and maintain consistent patient flow.
