Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or a relationship-driven commercial role.
- Strong commercial and analytical instincts with the ability to use data to identify opportunities.
- Proven track record of building and growing high-value relationships into measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills to manage multiple partner workstreams.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills for interaction with senior executives.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on commitments.
- Comfortable leveraging AI and modern tools to streamline workflows.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or lodging preferred.
- Familiarity with partner or distribution technology and integrations preferred.
- Experience managing QBRs or structured partner review cadences preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of hotel chain, property management group, and property ownership group accounts as the primary relationship owner.
- Grow revenue across the assigned book by deepening partner engagement and expanding platform value.
- Lead partner cadences including QBRs, performance reviews, and escalation processes to ensure accountability.
- Monitor partner performance against key metrics and proactively address underperformance.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Pricing, Connectivity, and Operations to resolve partner issues and support activation.
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing partnerships using data-backed recommendations.
- Support leadership in commercial discussions and renewals by preparing materials and managing follow-through.
