Requirements

- Strong raw talent for data analysis and eagerness to learn.
- Proven experience in any relevant domain including mathematics, analytics, business operations, or media buying.
- Demonstrated ability to approach complex challenges with structured, logical thinking.
- High level of self-awareness and accountability.
- Ability to work autonomously in a self-managed environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Resilience and comfort in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Passionate about e-commerce and media acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop growth forecasts and maps using the Prophet System.
- Perform daily tactical deconstructions to actualize projections and meet KPIs.
- Monitor active campaigns and adjust budgets to ensure targets are hit.
- Maintain data integrity across client accounts in Statlas.
- Collaborate with internal pod members including Google, Creative, and Email Strategists.
- Deliver daily performance updates and weekly strategy calls to clients.
- Implement Meta best practices and testing frameworks to optimize results.
- Contribute learnings and ideas back to team systems and content production.
