Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in project delivery, program management, consulting operations, service delivery, resource management, or a related field.
  • Strong capabilities in project governance, resource planning, stakeholder management, and operational problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Teams, Excel, and project planning applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions, regions, and levels of seniority while building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in supply chain, sustainability, risk, assurance, audit, or consulting environments is advantageous.
  • Experience with dashboards, capacity planning, operational reporting, or resource management platforms is a plus.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or a comparable project/program management certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools that can improve planning, reporting, resource management, or operational efficiency is beneficial.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally, generally less than 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate resource requests across multiple consulting engagements, matching project requirements with available skills, certifications, locations, and capacity.
  • Maintain visibility into delivery demand, resource gaps, utilization, mobilization risks, and emerging capacity constraints.
  • Develop mobilization plans, project schedules, dependency trackers, and other operational tools to support effective project delivery.
  • Apply structured project governance practices, including risk, issue, action, dependency, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor project health, resource utilization, delivery performance, and key operational indicators, providing clear updates to leadership and governance forums.
  • Resolve resource conflicts, scheduling challenges, project dependencies, and other delivery issues by coordinating stakeholders across consulting, operations, and external partner teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve planning, resource allocation, delivery efficiency, and operational processes.
  • Contribute to resource planning tools, skills inventories, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and delivery best practices.
