- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and E-Commerce platforms.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and data analysis/math skills.
- Exceptional collaboration, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally to Exton, PA.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and manage inventory levels to ensure cost-efficiency and compliance.
- Research and select new suppliers while managing existing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
- Analyze historical sales data to forecast demand and recommend optimal print quantities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external warehouse partners to resolve inventory discrepancies and monitor transactions.
- Report on KPIs and inventory health through weekly and monthly documentation.
