Requirements
- Master’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in planning, directing, and implementing large programs of similar scope and complexity.
- 5+ years of experience overseeing teams providing user-centric digital solutions for military or government sectors.
- Experience executing marketing strategies for military/government audiences, including brand management and strategic outreach.
- Strong proficiency in contract management and program-level financial oversight.
- Experience managing diverse teams within complex government or Department of Defense IT environments.
- Familiarity with government and defense-relevant IT platforms.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
- Active Top Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with government clients to develop innovative, mission-focused solutions that drive operational efficiency.
- Create and refine digital products focused on data analytics, user feedback, and continuous improvement of services.
- Drive the development and management of digital platforms and portals for military or government personnel.
- Provide management, direction, administration, and quality assurance to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Develop new programs supporting strategic goals and manage long-term initiatives.
- Manage diverse initiatives including Next Generation Analytics, Engineering, Training, IT Systems, Cyber Security, and Financial Consulting.
