Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a relevant engineering discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in engineering or technical program management.
  • 3–5 years of experience working with hardware, systems, autonomous systems, or comparable product development processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional programs and deliver product features in a production environment.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to translate complex engineering concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build productive relationships with senior leaders, engineers, product, and operations teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills for managing multiple priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline (Preferred).
  • Experience working with robotics or autonomous systems, especially in public environments (Preferred).
  • Experience developing products subject to policy, regulatory, or compliance considerations (Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Define program scope, schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies for hardware and software initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across mechanical, electrical, embedded, systems, software, product, manufacturing, operations, and business teams.
  • Gather requirements, establish priorities, and align stakeholders to shared program objectives.
  • Drive programs from planning through execution by identifying dependencies and resolving blockers.
  • Coordinate technical handoffs between engineering, manufacturing, testing, and operations.
  • Implement program management processes to improve organizational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Establish and execute effective sprint structures aligned with program milestones.
  • Maintain clear communication and documentation for technical and business stakeholders.
