Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience shipping production-grade product front-ends and user experiences at scale.
- Recent hands-on experience integrating user interfaces with AI, LLM, or agentic backends.
- Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind.
- Advanced product design and prototyping skills using Figma and component-driven architecture.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with cloud-based AI, REST APIs, streaming APIs, LangGraph, or LangChain.
- Strong understanding of AI/agentic UX patterns including copilot interfaces and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Proven track record of taking product experiences from concept through production.
- Ability to work in high-pressure, compressed development cycles.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in private equity, consulting, or multi-client environments is preferred.
- Willingness to participate in on-site collaboration during intensive development cycles.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate agentic AI capabilities into existing products.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on interactive, production-track interfaces.
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX delivery for agent implementations to meet MVP outcomes.
- Architect scalable front-end solutions using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS.
- Define UX patterns for agent reasoning, observability, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Build and extend reusable design systems and component libraries.
- Evaluate emerging frameworks and AI interface patterns for product impact.
- Assess product UX maturity and front-end architecture for due diligence.
