- Proven ability to develop and implement automation for workflow optimization.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with experience in resolving configuration issues.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure Adobe Workfront solutions tailored to client needs.
- Configure and customize Workfront dashboards, reports, templates, and workflows.
- Complete detailed Workfront architecture and configuration documentation.
- Implement automation rules within Workfront Fusion to streamline project management and resource allocation.
- Participate in discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues.
- Develop and deliver training on Workfront solutions to promote effective usage.
- Act as a liaison between technical and business teams.
