Requirements
- Experience in a creative role within a recognized healthcare advertising agency.
- Must be proficient in Figma.
- Proven ability to build clear and compelling narratives through concept presentations.
- Experience in mentorship, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Understanding of diverse communication platforms and design tools, including video, PowerPoint, websites, apps, print, and immersive experiences.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to improve agency offerings and ways of working.
- Ability to work effectively with brand teams and provide creative counsel.
- Commercial awareness to assist in meeting Creative Department performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Inspire high creative standards through your own work and interactions with the team.
- Develop and direct concepts for advertising or promotional campaigns.
- Take a creative leadership role on brands and projects, shaping creative strategy and delivery.
- Present as an authority on current creative thinking to raise the agency's profile.
- Build interpersonal relationships while encouraging and mentoring junior and mid-weight creatives.
- Supervise, mentor, and actively train junior staff members.
- Constructively challenge and inspire the creative ideation process.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead new business pitch work.
