Responsibilities
- Proactively cold call dormant and inactive accounts to reintroduce services and win back business.
- Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with dormant clients.
- Reach out to existing client facilities by phone and email to drive contract utilization and secure staffing requisitions.
- Manage a high volume of activity in a fast-paced environment while maintaining urgency and follow-through.
- Ensure the satisfaction of client facilities by proactively meeting their staffing needs.
- Persistently generate client leads through strategic planning and referrals.
- Negotiate contracts with healthcare facilities to secure mutually beneficial terms.
