Job Details

7+ years of progressive experience in account management, strategic account management, or client leadership.
Demonstrated success driving net revenue retention, account expansion, and long-term customer value.
Industry experience in ABS/structured products finance, lending, capital markets, or FinTech.
Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
Strategic and analytical mindset capable of synthesizing financial and market data into actionable growth strategies.
Ability to master and communicate sophisticated FinTech SaaS products and workflows.
Strong organizational skills for managing complex books of business with multiple stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create, refine, and scale internal processes.

Own and lead a strategic portfolio of accounts, with responsibility for account health, customer retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
Develop and execute long-term account strategies that increase customer adoption, product dependency, footprint, and overall value.
Establish trusted relationships across customer organizations, including senior executives and key strategic decision-makers.
Serve as a strategic advisor by understanding customer priorities, challenges, workflows, and business objectives.
Use customer usage data, analytics, and market intelligence to identify adoption trends, expansion opportunities, and potential account risks.
Influence product strategy by translating customer insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams.
Collaborate with Finance on revenue forecasting, accounts receivable, commercial planning, and account risk management.
