Requirements
- Significant leadership experience within Professional Services, consulting, or enterprise software delivery.
- Experience leading managers and building high-performing regional organizations.
- Proven ownership of commercial metrics including revenue, utilization, margin, forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Deep understanding of Statements of Work, project governance, scope management, and change control.
- Experience leading complex customer implementations and executive governance.
- Experience building offshore, partner, or blended delivery models.
- Experience working closely with Sales, PreSales, Support, Product, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with scientific software (ELN, LIMS, SDMS) or R&D informatics preferred.
- Experience with PSA, CRM, or project governance platforms (e.g., OpenAir, Salesforce, Jira).
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing management team across scientific implementation and regional delivery.
- Own regional services bookings, revenue, utilization, margin, forecasting, and delivery predictability.
- Act as the senior Professional Services leader for strategic North American customer engagements, managing executive governance and escalations.
- Drive regional resource planning across Application Scientists, offshore teams, and partner delivery.
- Partner with Sales, PreSales, Support, and Customer Success to shape, scope, and govern services engagements.
