Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services, Technical Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Platform Engineering.
- Hands-on experience integrating SaaS tools via APIs, webhooks, and ingestion pipelines.
- Familiarity with modern engineering ecosystems, including CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab, cloud providers, observability, and incident management.
- Comfortable working with JSON and YAML.
- Experience with Python, SQL, and scripting is a plus.
- Ability to act as a consultative advisor for system design and implementation decisions.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Cortex Onboarding & Implementation packages via structured workshops.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact to troubleshoot issues, investigate bugs, and provide product feedback.
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot Cortex features and integrations across the engineering toolchain.
- Advise on data modeling strategies and create architecture diagrams for setups and ingestion pipelines.
- Guide customers on data ingestion automation, ownership, reporting, and orchestration using tools like GitHub Actions and Argo.
- Create customer-facing learning guides, walkthroughs, and best-practice documentation.
- Plan and facilitate enablement workshops for engineering, platform, product, and leadership stakeholders.
