Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
- Experience coordinating onboarding, leaves of absence, employee relations, and talent programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion.
- Experience with AI tools to build efficiency into recurring tasks.
- Proficiency in ADP WorkforceNow, Greenhouse, and other people platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Collaborative and service-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding experience end to end, ensuring every new hire has a welcoming, organized, and consistent start.
- Partner with IT, Payroll, and hiring managers to ensure accurate and timely onboarding activities.
- Manage employee lifecycle changes including promotions, transfers, and departures with high data accuracy.
- Maintain employee records across systems like ChartHop, ADP, and Leapsome.
- Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions to automate or streamline recurring lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate company-wide People programs such as surveys, L&D initiatives, and engagement programs.
- Support compliance tracking, policy rollouts, and handbook acknowledgments across a multi-state footprint.
- Facilitate leaves of absence and workplace accommodation processes with discretion and empathy.
- Conduct full-cycle hiring for operational roles when needed.
