Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a business-related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing a diverse HR team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Deep understanding of benefits administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, nimble environment and adapt to changing dynamics.
- HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
- Experience supporting a public accounting or professional services firm is preferred.
- Multi-state or multi-site support experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HR functions for clients by reviewing and monitoring policies, processes, and systems.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Align HR initiatives and people strategy with client business needs and leadership development.
- Build relationships as a trusted HR advisor to key client stakeholders to influence strategic planning and policy development.
- Proactively identify trends related to employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Develop and update HR policies and tools to meet changing business and environmental conditions.
- Leverage HRIS technology to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
