- 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including managing HR leaders or a multi-function HR team.
- Proven track record building and scaling HR programs in a high-growth company.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience across talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent consultative and listening skills for effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive employee and organizational matters.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes.
- Experience partnering closely with a CFO, COO, or finance leadership.
- Experience with HRIS and people analytics platforms.
- PHR/SHRM-CP or equivalent certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Leap's people strategy, aligning talent, culture, and organizational programs with company goals.
- Lead talent acquisition, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and onboards strong talent as it scales.
- Oversee performance management, including goal setting frameworks, review cycles, and processes that help managers develop their teams.
- Design and manage total rewards programs, including compensation structure and health benefit plans.
- Lead employee relations, handling sensitive situations with sound judgment, consistency, and care.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with employment law across all markets.
- Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Partner with function leaders to support their teams' growth, development, and performance.
- Build leadership development and manager training programs.
- Lead and develop the HR team.
