Requirements
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management (planning, customer operations, S&OP, or IBP).
- Proven experience leading digital transformation, advanced analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI, generative AI, machine learning, business intelligence, and data visualization.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable operational improvements through process transformation.
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving alignment in global, matrixed organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business intelligence/data visualization tools.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
- Experience in regulated industries like MedTech, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and accelerate the global Supply Chain AI transformation agenda aligned with business strategy.
- Develop a prioritized roadmap of AI, analytics, and automation opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to evaluate and scale supply chain use cases.
- Manage a portfolio of initiatives spanning demand forecasting, S&OP/IBP, inventory, and logistics.
- Establish data-driven operating models to improve forecasting accuracy and service levels.
- Design and lead rapid AI pilots, defining KPIs and success criteria.
- Develop playbooks and training programs to increase AI literacy within the organization.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to align initiatives with enterprise architecture and governance.
