Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Senior HR Generalist.
- Demonstrated experience advising and coaching leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and Human Resources practices.
- Ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and navigate ambiguity.
- Experience supporting organizational transformation, integrations, or workforce transitions.
- Strong analytical and technology skills, including HRIS platforms and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
- Experience in operational, technology, engineering, or project-based organizations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary People & Culture partner for assigned business leaders and functions.
- Advise and coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with leaders to assess workforce needs and provide guidance on organizational structure and role design.
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility strategies.
- Manage workplace investigations and guide managers through employee relations matters and performance improvement plans.
- Support organizational change initiatives, including restructurings and business integrations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more People & Culture disciplines to develop organizational tools and processes.
