Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, supply chain planning, or manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated experience building and managing master production schedules in a multi-SKU, multi-line environment.
- Familiarity with ERP, MES, or production scheduling systems.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles, pull-based scheduling, and WIP control concepts.
- Experience coaching, developing, and indirectly leading planners or operators in a matrixed environment.
- Continuous improvement experience, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen projects.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and ability to build planning models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive decisions from data.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Responsibilities
- Maintain network-level master production schedule aligned to demand, inventory, and materials.
- Translate demand plans into daily shift-level schedules and coordinate with operations, quality, and site teams.
- Identify network-level capacity constraints and lead scenario planning for 60-180 day horizons.
- Coach, mentor, and provide functional oversight to site-based Production Schedulers.
- Standardize scheduling tools, playbooks, and processes across all facilities.
- Lead kaizen events to address high-impact scheduling pain points and reduce process variability.
- Partner with supply chain, procurement, and commercial teams to drive systemic improvements.
