Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis within a digital product or technology organization.
  • Proven experience measuring and driving organizational change, including designing effective interventions.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and define metrics where standards do not exist.
  • Experience building actively used dashboards that inform team decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of product management practices such as roadmap maturity and backlog health.
  • Deep data governance capabilities including metric definition, documentation, and quality control.
  • Proficiency with Productboard, Jira, and Confluence for extracting operational signals.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and APIs for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to travel approximately 5–7 times per year for business meetings and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Define and build product analytics dashboards to measure roadmap maturity, planning quality, and other performance indicators across 15+ teams.
  • Partner with product leaders and managers to establish baselines, targets, and healthy product practices.
  • Develop self-service dashboards enabling independent performance analysis and better decision-making.
  • Create executive-ready reports that communicate trends, risks, and recommended actions.
  • Build a measurement framework for assessing adoption of new operational practices and processes.
  • Analyze adoption gaps and drive interventions based on awareness, capability, or process design findings.
  • Maintain high standards for data accuracy, documentation, and governance to ensure reliable metric definitions.
  • Coach product teams on interpreting analytics to improve planning, prioritization, and product delivery.
