Requirements
- Strong background in instructional design, enablement program management, and facilitation.
- Ability to diagnose performance issues and design scalable learning interventions.
- Proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick, LXD).
- Experience developing certification and continuous learning programs for partner ecosystems.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and enablement technologies.
- Experience with AI-powered content development and knowledge management solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of modern sales methodologies and buyer-centric selling approaches.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and analyze data to measure program effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify performance gaps and recommend scalable enablement solutions.
- Apply instructional design methodologies to create onboarding curricula, certification programs, and learning paths.
- Develop a variety of learning assets including instructor-led training, eLearning modules, videos, and job aids.
- Support channel and partner teams by defining readiness requirements and creating partner-facing learning experiences.
- Establish governance practices to maintain enablement content and leverage AI tools for efficient content creation.
- Manage enablement initiatives while defining success metrics and measuring impact on productivity and business outcomes.
