Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a senior domain architect or senior enterprise architect.
- Prior experience as a Principal Salesforce Architect in a global organization working with Salesforce Connected Apps.
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex B2B SaaS Salesforce solutions.
- Led at least two large-scale Product-to-Cash (CPQ/RCA) implementations from design to go-live.
- 5+ years of experience defining Salesforce architecture across quoting, contracting, billing, revenue, and customer success.
- Experience with planning and leading architecture delivery for large-scale business and systems transformation programs.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture capabilities including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community Cloud.
- 5+ years of hands-on enterprise architecture framework experience (TOGAF, C4, Archimate, etc.).
- Strong understanding of security architecture principles and practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to interface with non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Execute the strategic vision for the Enterprise Architecture practice under the guidance of leadership.
- Collaborate with domain architects, engineers, and leaders to develop technical standards, reference architectures, and design patterns.
- Develop and manage a technical strategy and coordinate adoption across the enterprise.
- Manage the architecture review process by creating validation checklists and reviewing architectural artifacts.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform.
- Apply architectural and engineering concepts to design solutions ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.
- Manage the technical delivery of custom development integrations and data migration for Salesforce implementations.
- Partner with data and integration architects to support data management, integrity, and seamless system communication.
