Requirements
- 10+ years of Salesforce technical experience in development, configuration, and architecture.
- At least 2 years in an actual Architect capacity owning technical direction and outcomes.
- Deep hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Revenue Cloud or a strong CPQ background.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform events.
- Direct experience leading or heavily contributing to Salesforce security hardening efforts.
- Proven experience conducting code reviews and enforcing engineering best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a technical backlog.
- Experience architecting and building integrations with external systems (CLM, ERP, data platforms).
- Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein AI, or similar AI/automation capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
- Lead architecture and design sessions, producing clear design documents and solution tradeoffs.
- Build, test, and deploy solutions in an Agile framework using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
- Design and build integrations with critical systems like Ironclad and Snowflake.
- Lead the technical implementation of Agentforce and AI-powered automation.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices and security standards.
- Own Salesforce release management, CI/CD, and sandbox strategy.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
