Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or in a closely related business systems role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business systems, including CRM, ERP, and HRIS.
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise-level business systems.
- Experience working with system integrations, data flows, and middleware technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization capabilities.
- Experience mapping, documenting, and improving business processes and system workflows.
- Knowledge of system configuration management principles, governance, and administration best practices.
- Ability to define, communicate, and promote effective standards for system usage.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Project management capabilities, including planning, execution, prioritization, and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Administer and continuously improve Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including complex configuration, declarative development, security, maintenance, and advanced support.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand underlying business challenges, evaluate existing processes, and design technology solutions that address root causes.
- Manage integrations and data flows between Salesforce and key sales, marketing, enablement, and other interconnected business systems.
- Serve as a product owner for selected business systems by defining roadmaps, prioritizing enhancements, and managing system lifecycles.
- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to establish integrated system strategies and roadmaps that support organizational priorities.
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation covering system architecture, data flows, business processes, configurations, and administrative procedures.
- Establish and promote standards, governance practices, and configuration management procedures to improve system reliability and compliance.
