Requirements
- 2+ years of experience administering Salesforce and Gainsight in an enterprise environment.
- Experience configuring business applications, automation workflows, permissions, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data synchronization, and cross-platform system dependencies.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel.
Responsibilities
- Own the administration, configuration, automation, permissions, and deployment processes for Salesforce, Gainsight, Pendo, and related platforms.
- Partner with internal technology teams to coordinate platform updates, releases, and enterprise system improvements.
- Configure and support AI-powered capabilities, including Salesforce AI features, automated summaries, and workflow enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Manage Gainsight administration, including health scoring models, dashboards, reporting, and customer data accuracy.
- Maintain Salesforce-Gainsight integrations by monitoring APIs, data quality, and system performance.
- Administer Pendo configurations, guides, and adoption features while analyzing usage data.
