Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years experience in Salesforce as an Administrator or Business Analyst.
- Knowledge of Sales and Service processes in Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of Agile mindset.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and Salesforce functionality.
- Gather, refine and drive requirements.
- Build business stakeholder relationships.
- Uncover needs through flow diagrams.
- Facilitate requirements working sessions.
- Relay and clarify requirements for the development and testing teams.
- Prepare and/or review test cases.
- Provide training for pre and post deployment.
- Maintain a healthy refined backlog.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies.
