Requirements
- 4+ years of business analysis or consulting experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform in an administration or development capacity.
- College degree in a technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- Deep understanding of GTM business processes across Marketing, BDR, Sales, and CS/Onboarding.
- Advanced Salesforce skills: custom fields/objects, roles/profiles/permission sets, Flow, and Apex.
- Proficiency with Data Loader and Salesforce automation.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent stakeholders and translating vague problems into scoped solutions.
- Track record of architecture decision-making under ambiguity.
- Experience working within Agile methodology.
- Strong logic, analytics, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Excel power user.
- Genuine fluency in leveraging AI tooling (e.g., Claude, Cursor, or Codex) for build workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build a working command of Apollo's GTM business processes and tech stack, and maintain systems architecture maps.
- Serve as the primary GTM Systems partner for a specific domain (TOFU, MOFU, or BOFU) and lead backlog grooming sessions.
- Partner with Sales leadership and Sales Operations to streamline renewal processes and opportunity management.
- Make and defend architecture decisions regarding Salesforce platform events, custom objects, and data synchronization.
- Partner with engineers on AI-driven builds such as automated call coaching, deal scoring, and demo instance automation.
- Support the design, build, and maintenance of next-generation quote-to-cash infrastructure.
- Manage Salesforce initiatives including automation (Flows, Apex, LWC), security settings, and end-user support.
- Implement and administer integrated tools like Chili Piper, Ironclad, and Gong.
