Experience: 10+ years of Salesforce technical experience, including at least 2 years functioning in an actual Architect capacity
Required Skills: Salesforce

10+ years of Salesforce technical experience including development, configuration, and architecture.
At least 2 years of experience owning architecture decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes as an architect.
Deep hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Experience with Revenue Cloud or a strong background in CPQ migration.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform events.
Demonstrated experience in leading Salesforce security hardening and secure coding practices.
Strong ability to conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
Experience architecting integrations with external systems like CLM and ERP platforms.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and senior business stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and complete work independently with minimal supervision.

Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
Lead architecture and design sessions to produce clear design documents and solution tradeoffs.
Build and maintain the technical backlog and proactively identify system and process gaps.
Design, build, and deploy complex solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
Lead security hardening efforts and manage Salesforce Shield Event Monitoring for threat detection.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
