Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Studies, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce software development.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration including objects, automation, user management, and security.
- Demonstrated experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Platform Events.
- Experience implementing Salesforce within multi-instance environments.
- Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integration.
- Experience with Apttus or similar CPQ platforms and Lead-to-Close processes.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with financial systems like NetSuite.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enterprise CRM environments.
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI and Agentforce.
- Familiarity with deployment and version-control tools such as GitHub or Gearset.
Responsibilities
- Design and present technical Salesforce solutions using UML and object-oriented design patterns.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and automation flows.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms using REST, SOAP, and middleware like Dell Boomi or MuleSoft.
- Customize Salesforce capabilities and integrate with telephony, financial systems, and databases.
- Support Salesforce implementations across multi-instance environments.
- Apply Agile software engineering practices across the entire development lifecycle.
- Leverage Salesforce AI capabilities, including Einstein AI and Agentforce, to drive intelligent automation and predictive analytics.
- Contribute to deployment and version-control practices using GitHub or Gearset.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to solve complex problems.
