Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with two full-scale production implementations.
- Strong Apex expertise (trigger frameworks, async processing, SOQL/SOSL, bulkification).
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript (ES6+, promises, async/await).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security models (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
- Experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation best practices.
- Integration experience with REST/JSON APIs, OAuth 2.0, and JWT bearer flows.
- Practical experience with source-driven development (Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, bulkified Apex solutions using trigger-handler frameworks and asynchronous processing.
- Design and implement Platform Events with a focus on governor limits and reliability.
- Build Lightning Web Components using modern JavaScript and develop Experience Cloud portals.
- Implement secure integrations using REST, SOAP, Named Credentials, and enterprise service-bus patterns.
- Support source-driven development using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and translate user stories into technical designs.
- Produce technical documentation including specifications, interface control docs, and deployment runbooks.
