Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in software development, BIM automation, or design technology in the AEC industry.
Strong practical knowledge of Autodesk Revit, engineering workflows, and the Revit API.
Advanced proficiency with C#/.NET and working proficiency with Python.
Experience with WPF or comparable desktop user interface technologies.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and maintainable software architecture.
Hands-on experience with Git, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and production support.
Proven technical leadership and architectural judgment.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience gathering requirements and translating needs into technical solutions.
Willingness to travel occasionally within the United States.

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support firm-wide Revit automation tools and related engineering applications.
Lead the Automation focus group and maintain a strategic roadmap based on business value and user feedback.
Remain hands-on with software architecture and development using C#/.NET, the Revit API, WPF, and Python.
Gather requirements from engineering teams and translate real-world workflows into scalable software solutions.
Build integrations across Autodesk products, engineering systems, and data sources.
Provide code reviews, technical guidance, and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
Evaluate emerging Autodesk technologies and practical AI applications to improve workflows.
