Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or a related field.
- Experience building developer-focused tooling that improves engineering workflows.
- Comfort working across varied and unfamiliar codebases.
- Strong interest and opinionated perspective on applying AI to real-world software systems.
- Proven ability to identify improvement areas and drive projects to completion autonomously.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling like GitHub Actions and Fastlane.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Heroku and AWS.
- Knowledge of backend technologies like Ruby on Rails and Node.js.
- Familiarity with data storage and processing (PostgreSQL, Snowflake, DBT).
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts through documentation and demos.
Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure as code, CI/CD systems, mobile release automation, data pipelines, and production monitoring.
- Define and implement AI strategies for engineering workflows and shared tooling.
- Scale engineering productivity through documentation, demos, and self-service tooling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to provide technical support and influence engineering practices.
- Identify technical debt and infrastructure improvements to drive projects independently.
