Requirements
- 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience in blockchain companies
- Strong experience with Linux server administration
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms
- Experience managing blockchain nodes and Web3 infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog
- Familiarity with networking, security hardening, load balancing, and reverse proxies
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud and blockchain infrastructure
- Manage blockchain nodes, validators, RPC services, and monitoring systems
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for multi-environment deployments
- Maintain containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes
- Implement infrastructure automation and security best practices
- Monitor system reliability, uptime, scalability, and incident response
- Optimize infrastructure costs and deployment workflows
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams across backend, blockchain, and QA
