Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- 7+ years of professional experience in related technical areas.
- Proven experience with AWS cloud services.
- Strong Windows Server and Linux administration skills.
- Proficiency in Release Pipeline Management and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with configuration management and Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform).
- Enterprise-level Kubernetes experience.
- Knowledge of DNS and networking concepts.
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Go.
- Familiarity with observability and modern architecture styles (blue-green, canary deployments).
- Experience with tools like Istio, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, MSK, and New Relic.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and drive the adoption of good patterns, structures, and technology use for development and operations.
- Investigate and identify practices that can benefit from automation.
- Monitor and improve existing CI/CD processes to increase speed, safety, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain GitLab CI pipeline libraries.
- Provide senior-level recommendations and implementations for Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes hosting environments.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
- Educate development teams on platforms and best practices.
- Collaborate with the security team to remediate high-risk vulnerabilities.
