Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience in a mid-to-large-size organization.
- Proven experience building AI tooling for developer experience (devex) in a commercial environment.
- Strong full-stack skills in TypeScript.
- Frontend development skills with Next.js or React.
- Strong AI domain knowledge including LLMs, embeddings, MCPs, RAG, and evals.
- Experience building agentic platforms.
- Infrastructure experience with IaC, Kubernetes, or Lambda functions for production systems.
- Ability to influence engineering workflows across multiple teams.
- Strong self-starter mindset with full-lifecycle ownership from design to monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI cloud coding agents and core AI harness systems.
- Enable agent capabilities for specification, automated testing, and service reliability.
- Ensure system security and proper data governance for AI agents.
- Promote and implement AI-driven software development processes across engineering teams.
- Build AI actors that integrate into the existing software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Monitor and measure the impact of AI tools on engineering throughput and developer experience.
- Transplant effective AI strategies and processes across different teams in the organization.
