Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on DevOps or platform engineering experience at senior or staff/director level.
- Demonstrated ownership of production SaaS environments.
- Deep AWS expertise, including multi-account management.
- Infrastructure as Code fluency in Terraform, AWS CDK, or both.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals with production-quality code in Python and TypeScript.
- Serverless infrastructure experience.
- Experience with centralized logging and log management at scale.
- Proficiency with metrics, monitoring, alerting, and reporting tooling.
- Experience with structured release management processes.
- Highly organized with experience running a backlog and tracking commitments.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with proactive problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, and operate a production agentic AI platform running on AWS.
- Ensure all services are up, responsive, and scaling appropriately under real-world load.
- Own incident response end-to-end including triage, resolution, and prevention documentation.
- Manage infrastructure across multiple AWS accounts spanning production and non-production environments.
- Lead release management and weekly operational rituals.
- Enforce engineering best practices and research new solutions to cloud infrastructure challenges.
- Monitor security tooling, participate in scans, and ensure platform compliance.
- Collaborate with the platform development team on changes, deployments, and backlog prioritization.
