Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, pre-sales, or comparable customer-facing technical role.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality product demonstrations, technical presentations, training sessions, and proof-of-value engagements.
- Experience operating successfully in high-velocity technical sales environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Familiarity with one or more major cloud technologies, preferably across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity architecture, cloud security concepts, and security tooling.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong customer-first mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies, security practices, and industry developments.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce.
- SaaS experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code concepts and technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with sales, technical, and customer stakeholders while building trust and influencing decisions.
- Must be based in the Eastern Standard Time zone.
Responsibilities
- Partner with growth-focused sales teams to provide technical leadership and guidance throughout customer and prospect engagements while supporting quarterly sales objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on cloud security strategies, architectures, and solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, including whiteboarding sessions, product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-value outcomes tailored to customer needs.
- Help prospective customers develop structured test plans that demonstrate the value and applicability of the security platform within their environments.
- Translate complex cybersecurity and cloud concepts into clear, relevant business and technical value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with account executives to understand customer requirements, identify technical challenges, and develop solutions that support successful sales outcomes.
- Continuously develop knowledge of new technologies, product capabilities, cybersecurity trends, and industry developments to strengthen technical expertise.
- Support customer education and enablement by delivering engaging demonstrations and training experiences.
- Contribute customer-first perspectives throughout the sales process, helping organizations maximize the value of their cloud security investments.
