Requirements
- 3+ years leading or coaching technical pre-sales teams in B2B SaaS, including first-line management experience.
- 5+ years working as a Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect selling to SMB through Enterprise segments.
- Strong technical fundamentals with experience coding in high-level languages like JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- Deep understanding of web technologies and architecting scalable ecosystems.
- Working knowledge of headless solutions, modern commerce stacks, and AI/search applications.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience hiring, ramping, and developing high-growth technical teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of approximately 5 Solutions Engineers across Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic accounts in AMER.
- Manage accountability for all aspects of technical evaluations from discovery through business close.
- Partner with Sales leadership to align coverage, prioritize pursuits, and develop account strategies.
- Coach individual SEs on consultative selling, ROI mapping, and technical storytelling.
- Champion the adoption of AI coding and demo-generation tools to improve team productivity and deal velocity.
- Enforce operational best practices and accurate forecasting of technical wins.
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new SE hires to close coverage gaps.
- Channel field intelligence from the region into the product roadmap through collaboration with R&D.
