Requirements
- 3+ years of professional product management experience, ideally managing products through growth or transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of big data pipelines and product considerations for large-scale data collection and processing.
- Demonstrated experience managing data analytics products, preferably in identity, anti-fraud, or device intelligence.
- Experience working with event-level data APIs and high-volume behavioral data.
- Strong API-as-a-product mindset with knowledge of query capabilities and payload fields.
- Familiarity with server-side API constraints including rate limiting, authentication, pagination, and data residency.
- Sufficient technical depth to engage with engineers on architecture, pipelines, and technical trade-offs.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive alignment across stakeholders.
- Experience defining, tracking, and interpreting product metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for device intelligence data, covering data collection, ingestion, storage, processing, querying, reporting, and customer-facing experiences.
- Drive the roadmap for data collection through JavaScript-based agents, including instrumentation contracts, schema evolution, and reliable delivery to server APIs.
- Partner with engineering teams to define priorities across ingestion, storage, and processing while balancing reliability, cost, scalability, and performance.
- Define and prioritize product capabilities across analytics dashboards, server APIs, and MCP query experiences.
- Lead the customer migration between major versions of server APIs.
- Lead quarterly planning and write concise, actionable product requirements documents.
- Define and monitor product metrics to evaluate performance and inform roadmap decisions.
