Job Details

3+ years of product management experience, ideally during a growth or scaling phase.
Deep understanding of big data pipelines, including collection, storage, and query requirements at scale.
Demonstrated experience as a PM on data analytics products.
Fluency with event-level data APIs and API-as-product design thinking.
Technical depth sufficient to engage in credible discussions with engineers regarding APIs, architecture, and system constraints.
Strong stakeholder navigation skills to drive alignment across various audiences.
Proven track record of translating customer needs into shipped product.
Data-driven decision-making experience in tracking metrics and prioritizing roadmaps.
Experience in go-to-market strategy, launch execution, and pricing inputs.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).

Drive the roadmap for device data collection through the JS Agent, managing instrumentation contracts and schema evolution.
Own the program across data ingestion, storage, and processing while balancing reliability, cost, and scale.
Partner with product and design to define the roadmap for Analytics Dashboards, Server APIs, and MCP experiences.
Maintain a clear, well-reasoned roadmap across JS Agent, Server APIs, Dashboard, and MCP Server.
Run quarterly planning, write PRDs, manage cross-team dependencies, and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
Coordinate with product marketing for go-to-market execution, including messaging, documentation, and training materials.
