Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience working with enterprise software, ideally in product management, business analysis, consulting, or implementation.
- Experience with purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or ERP systems.
- Degree, diploma, or professional certification in accounting, finance, computer science, business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to extract insights from interviews and data.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into clearly defined requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated client-service mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
- Adaptable and self-motivated with the ability to operate with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for Materials Management capabilities.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand challenges across procurement, inventory, and supply chain workflows.
- Lead discovery activities, interviews, and research to identify problems and validate requirements.
- Translate user needs into clear product requirements, use cases, and user stories.
- Prioritize enhancements that improve purchasing workflows and inventory control.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, QA, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, communicating product capabilities to stakeholders.
