Requirements
- 3–6 years of Product Management experience.
- Strong understanding of modern product management principles and methodologies.
- Technical depth sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive initiatives.
- Experience defining requirements, prioritizing roadmaps, and measuring outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with product tools like Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
- Working knowledge of emerging AI tools and their application in product workflows.
Responsibilities
- Identify, validate, and prioritize customer and market opportunities.
- Define product strategy and roadmap priorities aligned with company goals.
- Create detailed product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, scalable product experiences.
- Monitor product performance and KPIs to make data-driven adjustments.
- Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, analytics, and internal workflows.
